This was a solid selection for a short interlude in Metairie with good value. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Just be aware of the parking situation. it's not immediately clear where to go.

We really enjoyed our time exploring nearby places, especially the unique charm of local shops and a lovely golf course.

The rooms were a comfortable size for our group, allowing us to stay on the same floor together. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the airport and Xavier College. I really enjoyed the pool view from my room, which provided a relaxing ambiance after a long day.

However, the housekeeping services did not meet expectations, as the cleanliness of the common areas could improve.

i had a great stay at this hotel. the spacious guest room featured a comfy king bed and free parking right next door, making it ideal for my trip. the location allowed easy access to downtown new orleans, which made my night activities really enjoyable.

close to parks and great dining spots for a fun weekend

during my stay, I enjoyed the convenience of many good restaurants nearby and the peaceful atmosphere at the nearby Wally Pontiff Jr Playground, which made for pleasant walks and relaxation.

I loved how the rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind after sightseeing, and I really enjoyed the barbecue grills available for a fun outdoor meal. The cozy fire pit area was an awesome place to relax with friends in the evening. I wish the elevators were a bit faster, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience! 😊

I didn’t feel like the staff communicated effectively about breakfast hours. I missed breakfast due to unclear timing. I also had issues with the elevator. it was slow, causing delays when I needed it. Although the room itself was clean, it definitely needs updating, notably the headboards and the carpet. I asked for extra towels, and while they were provided eventually, it took longer than expected. The front desk was friendly, but the service felt inconsistent. On a positive note, my experience with a friendly server at breakfast stood out as one of the highlights.
